Dang. I'll never forget Jimmy 'The Rev' Sullivan. I've seen Avenged Sevenfold twice in concert and have become a devoted fan for quite some time watching countless music videos, dvds, and behind the scenes. Its one of those situations where you feel like you know the band, or connect in some odd relating way. A7X forever!

December 22, 2009 my dad took me to the V-ville shooting range with his co-worker. First time I fired a 9mm, 40mm, and M16 rounds. It was awesome!

another lesson from life...

...I learned a lot about myself today. I said some things that I regret, however all has been forgiven, but I still feel really horrible about it. I guess it's true that nobody is perfect, no matter how hard you try or believe yourself to be. I hope to change for the better.

"Who Watches Watchmen?"

The Watchmen film is incredible.
Very faithful to the original material and highly recommended.
People may huss and fuss about how its "a huge flop" or "horrible," but people fail to realize just how much cinematic achievement it has created. Amazing visuals, amazing commentary on the world/humans/society/life, amazing story, amazing score, amazing film. Period.

Spring 2009 Semester at Solano Community College has started recently.
HOPEFULLY MY LAST AT SOLANO!

tues - 12:30-1:50 pm Political Science
2-3:15pm Biology (lecture)

weds - 6:15-9:15pm History 18 (post-civil war and up)

thurs - 9:30am-12:20pm Biology (lab)
2:30-1:50 pm Political Science
2-3:15pm Biology (lecture)

and finally an Astronomy Online course (The Solar System)
on top of that includes work at L&L Hawaiian BBQ tues & thurs. 5pm-9pm
not to bad, thursdays are QUITE the days however.

on a closing note, i thought i would never EVER ever flipping say this, but i actually enjoy my biology course. very funny due to the fact that i fail miserably when it comes to science, however my teacher is one of the rare/few stellar teachers that respect you, is clear, and is able to apply the material to your own personal everyday lives. no to mention that he's a hella funny dude.
for example he was describing the size of an atom's nucleus and electron cloud, he then eventually subtly said that "its not hella big, just hecka big." you had to be there. lol

so far so good this semester.

I have no idea what to say, I'm just taking it all in, one day at a time.

Hip-Hop

Do you wanna hear a joke? Soulja boy.

Alright, so basically it kills me inside to know that a dude younger than me is making it big by producing whack ass music for the masses...and the nation is eating it up! The dude known as Soulja Boy Tell 'Em is well-known for tune/dance "Crank Dat" and is now reproducing, or in my opinion regurgitating the exact tune in the format of "Bird Walk." Wow. Talent much? I'm all for creativity and shit but I can't stand the idea of somebody making it just by creating shitty music. I'm with Ice-T and Nas on this one with they're notion that "hip-hop is dead." Just an opinion, but my taste is hip-hop. Music. The stuff that lasts. Not the 15 minute fame tracks that are hot in the club for only one weekend and forgotten the next. I cringe every time I hear his song. Hate is a strong word, but I really really really don't like him.
